Jonathan is a Senior Manager in the UK Saratoga practice within Human Resource Services. He has worked for 14 years with a UK/multinational client portfolio developing evidence-base assessments of people and HR function effectiveness as part of ongoing performance improvement or business transformation initiatives. This has included advising on workforce productivity, organisation design, employee engagement, HR design and shared service performance.
As programme leader for the Saratoga Global Network he has managed the accreditation of > 250 PwC Saratoga practitioners across 50 territories. This has lead to advances in HR ‘masterclass’ programmes for client audiences in response to a growing market requirement for HR practitioner skill development. The Network itself sees Jonathan works closely with many PwC territories supporting local market development and international client opportunities.
Jonathan is senior editor of PwC’s European Human Capital Effectiveness Report, the most comprehensive reference source of human capital/HR measurement data available to the HR profession. He was involved in the development of PwC’s HR Transform methodology and has an active an ongoing interest in analytics.
