Julian Sansum

Julian is a Partner in our Reward business and leads the South East Human Resources Servics team. 

Julian has worked with a vast range of different types of clients from global listed companies, subsidiary companies, family owned businesses, private equity houses, portfolio companies, partnerships and banks engaging in corporate recoveries. Julian is also a frequent speaker and author on a wide range of reward matters and holds roles as appointed Remuneration Committee adviser and also lead reward adviser in major transactions and relocations of businesses. Julian is also an expert in the taxation and the accounting treatment of employee remuneration including partnerships and equity plans.
