Karl has worked with PE backed businesses for 24 years. He currently leads PwC’s Tax PE Portfolio team in the UK and works with a wide range of businesses with PE investors. He enjoys working with management teams to deliver value across the full lifecycle of the business and through the next transaction event. Karl’s clients come from a range of sectors, but he has particular experience with digital consumer business, care and manufacturing.
