Lyudmyla is a Solicitor and Director with over 15 years’ experience in the immigration field advising on a range of corporate immigration issues for a variety of major companies, particularly in the financial, oil and gas, consulting and educational sectors, as well as high net worth individuals.
Lyudmyla is the Head of the Private Client and Private Business Immigration team at PwC and advises on a whole range of personal immigration matters but particularly complex HNW cases. She helps entrepreneurs in a joined up approach, collaborating with legal, tax, social security and consulting experts. Her work covers investors, complex nationality applications, economic citizenship, rights under European law and family related immigration.
Lyudmyla also advises on complex immigration issues and strategies for a variety of major international companies, particularly in the financial, oil and gas, consulting and educational sectors. She has an extensive experience in consulting on immigration governance models for international businesses. Fluent in several languages, Lyudmyla has a significant experience in overseeing multinational corporate accounts, where she led global teams providing strategic corporate immigration advice to companies in the UK and globally. She has a reputation of being able to provide innovative and pragmatic solutions.
