Mads is a highly experienced partner, operating at senior board level, who leads our Technology Consulting business in the UK. She focuses on helping organisations transform their business models through strategic technology investment and operating model innovation. Working predominantly in Retail & Consumer, she has helped some of the UK's largest retailers unlock the value of technology and has supported large scale change programmes and growth priorities for the likes of ASDA, M&S, Tesco, John Lewis Partnership, Greencore and Greggs.

As PwC's Technology Consulting lead in the UK, Mads is focussed on helping businesses navigate the rapidly changing Technology marketplace to leverage new cloud and digital platforms. She is supporting organisations end to end across this journey, helping them to think through and implement new business models enabled by these technologies.

Mads also leads PwC's Technology Alliances in the UK, and is responsible for helping clients to access our Alliance ecosystems to help inform their technology strategies and transformation journeys. 

In her spare time, Mads sits on the Board of Ilkley Literature Festival and enjoys tennis, golf, walking, travel, cooking and wine.
