Marcus is a partner in PwC’s Human Resource Services. A barrister by training, he has 16 years of experience in providing advice on executive remuneration policy and incentive design, as well as conducting shareholder consultations. Marcus built two start up boutique consultancies in the area of executive reward, the second of which was bought by PwC in 2008. Marcus has significant experience of designing remuneration arrangements which are aligned to company strategy in a range of industries as well as in transaction and listing situations. He acts as Remuneration Committee or Board advisor to a significant proportion of the FTSE 350. Marcus can work with you in the following areas;
