Mark is a partner in PwC's Strategy practice, specialising in TMT, with extensive experience carrying out strategy and commercial due diligence assignments.
Mark has worked across most media, technology and telecoms sectors with particularly deep experience in broadcast, cable, publishing and online. Mark also has extensive experience across all parts of B2B media (events, information/data and publishing). Mark has also worked with a number of software businesses, including those making a transition towards SaaS. His clients include leading corporates and private equity houses.
Mark is heavily involved in the production of PwC's annual Entertainment & Media Outlook, and speaks at conferences on media-related topics. His recent thought leadership includes Brave New TV World, Media M&A Insights and Imgi-Nation - The business of creativity.
Mark led our US TMT Strategy team for two years, and prior to PwC, worked at ITV and Telewest. He has an economics degree from Durham University and an MBA from the University of St Gallen in Switzerland.
