Technology Deals Leader, PwC United Kingdom
Neil is a partner with PwC Strategy&, based in London. He leads PwC’s global Technology Deals Practice and is a member of PwC’s global technology leadership team.
Neil is an advisor to executives and investors in technology and specialises in strategy development and M&A. He is a strategy consultant with deep experience, over twenty-five years, across all elements of strategic planning, operational improvement and M&A cycles with a focus on technology and tech enabled businesses. He covers software, IT service providers and their application in wider technology areas such as Healthtech and Fintech.
In addition to client work, he is currently responsible for developing the firm's overall Data & Analytics strategy and investments and embedding these within client engagements. Prior to taking up these roles he was the UK and EMEA leader for Cyber Security and UK leader of PwC's Strategy& practice. Prior to his appointment by PwC Strategy& he was a Partner in Roland Berger and previously worked for Booz.Allen.Hamilton in US and Europe and started his career with Procter & Gamble.
