Peter Sparshott

Peter leads the PwC Pensions Management Consulting practice in the UK. He has worked in the pensions industry for more than 25 years, helping clients to optimise the way in which they deliver pension services to their members. This has involved providing strategic advice on the manner in which services are delivered, benchmarking performance and costs, introducing process and technology related improvements and designing end state operating models.

Peter is also recognised as someone who can successfully manage the introduction of complex changes into pension operations within the UK and abroad. He has consulted with many clients around the globe including South Africa, Zambia, Australia, America, Switzerland, France, Kuala Lumpur and Indonesia.

Peter has wide range of experience, including:

• Data analytics;
• Pension administration / system selection exercises;
• Delivery strategy / operational improvement; and
• Operating model design.
