Stuart is one of PwC's corporate lawyer partners.
Stuart’s experience is working with private businesses to provide legal advice on M&A, private equity investment (including equity management incentives including the issue of shares compliant with EIS, SEIS, entrepreneurs relief and employee shareholder shares legislation and also the drafting of growth or hurdle shares) and group reorganisations, both domestic and international. He also has extensive experience of demergers, reorganisations of groups and the technical aspects of company law (such as buy backs, capital reductions, returns of capital, distributions). Stuart works closely with other PwC specialists and experts to deliver collaborative and supportive outcomes for clients on a joined up basis to ensure that there are no surprises for clients on projects or when giving advice.
