Preparing for the Workforce of the Future

Join us to share, network and experience how HR will step up to the challenge of Workforce of the Future.

When: Tuesday 25th June 2019
Time: 14:30 to 17:30 (followed by networking, drinks and canapes)
Where: The Frontier Space, 8th Floor, PwC, 7 More London Riverside, London SE1 2RT

We are living through radical transformation in the way we work. Automation and robots are replacing human tasks, demographics and geopolitics are raising huge challenges for talent skills and the employee experience.

How can HR prepare for a future that so few of us can define?

Our interactive session is designed to help us visualise the future and identify the no-regrets moves that we can start to do now. We will cover:

  • Introduction - what we are seeing now from new models and tech innovations?
  • The PwC Story - how we have disrupted ourselves from technology to the employee experience

Working through three potential models, and exploring what this means for HR:

  • The purposeful company - focussed on fairness, meaning and the employee experience
  • The augmented company - brains and bots that have to manage and develop human skills alongside robotics
  • The company with no employees - based on contingent labour and alliances.
  • Panel - hearing from companies already on the disruption journey, policy makers and experts

Close by 17.30.
