Outdated systems and processes
comprising analog asset management and ill-informed maintenance regimes.
Poor technology investment and selection
due to underinvestment and a lack of understanding around system applications.
due to poor asset and technology interoperability caused by a lack of shared data.
We work with clients to plan a future vision and end state clearly before selecting the appropriate project technology. We provide insight into the varying technology requirements across the project lifecycle and develop a bespoke technology implementation roadmap.
Our approach considers incremental changes rather than a “big bang” - continually engaging with stakeholders to monitor progress and actively receive feedback.
We optimise our clients' asset management performance through the development of strategic planning and implementation sensor technology. Supported by a sound information management approach, this leads to improved reporting and provides greater insight into asset performance.

Nuclear new-build programme
Investment strategy and technology prioritisation roadmap to support a multi-million pound programme
As a trusted advisor on a nuclear new build programme we produced an information management strategy to oversee a radical investment in technology systems. As part of this strategy, we outlined a technology investment roadmap that considered various requirements and value propositions across the programme. Our roadmap ultimately aligned requirements across the multi-million pound programme enabling effective planning to be undertaken, while describing the various technology interdependencies across the delivery lifecycle.
