Audience measurement

We have provided multi-platform audience measurement solutions to global and UK media owners since 2009. Our work won the Internet Advertising Bureau ‘Audience Measurement’ award in 2012 and ‘Cross Media Project of the Year’ at the British Media Awards in 2013. We have also performed work on predictive demographic modelling for VoD users and audiences of shared devices.

A new measurement system for global and UK media

Our revolutionary multi-platform audience measurement service merges data sources to create a truly integrated, de-duplicated picture of the size and quality of a media owner's global audience across multiple platforms - print, website, tablet, smartphone.  

This enables media owners to prove the size and quality of their audience and set an appropriate pricing strategy, and enables advertisers and their media agencies to plan more effective campaign strategies.

Halo

Our Halo technology performs complex data integration and de-duplication calculations in real-time, making the results available in a simple user interface. The latest version of Halo includes detailed campaign planning functionality, giving campaign reach/frequency data across multiple platforms. Innovation to industry standard

The importance of our work has been widely recognised:

  • Total Audience: Working with the Audit Bureau of Circulation UK (ABC), publishers and advertising agencies to develop a groundbreaking new UK industry standard;
  • Audience Measurement Award: Our work with the Financial Times won the "audience measurement" award from the Internet Advertising Bureau of Europe in summer 2012; and
  • Marketing Innovations Award: Our work with UBM was short-listed for "marketing innovation" at the 2012 British Media Awards;
  • Cross Media Project of the Year: Our contribution to driving UK multi-platform audience measurement led to us winning the "cross media project of the year" at the 2013 British Media Awards.
