Our government team works right across the public sector. We help to shape policy and strategy at the heart of Whitehall and we work to improve results on the frontline. Our passion for making a difference inspires and guides our work. From enhancing the UK’s transport networks, improving patient access to lifesaving drugs through to strengthening the UK’s ability to tackle terrorist threats.
When I speak to colleagues and those we work with in government and the public sector I get a strong sense that making a real difference is what motivates us all. What matters is what we achieve and what we leave behind.
Integral to what we do, is how we do it. A critical part of that for me is the long term relationships we build with people in the public sector. We are committed and this allows us to become real partners - even if that means giving tough messages at times. Day-in-day-out we bring our insight and experience to shine a light on improving services and doing things differently.
This year we’re focusing our research on how government can transform to help build a fair and inclusive future for the UK. There is no doubt that the public sector is under pressure. However my overarching impression when I work with clients is one of hope and great possibility for UK public services - and the positive outcomes that can be achieved for people and their communities.
