“I think there’s a sense that the work we do in government is meaningful - and meaningful on a large scale for UK plc and that’s what makes it so satisfying to work in that space and that’s what spurs us on to get up and go and make a difference.”

Elaine Whyte, Director, PwC

Many of our colleagues have frontline experience that they bring to their work. We're proud of the work we do with the public sector. We wanted to share some of our stories.

“I did 30 years in the military in the Royal Navy and then had two and a half years as a director in the Cabinet Office and therefore I have a fairly strong candle of public service burning inside me.”

Andy Lison, Strategy& Director, PwC

“I think what makes me most proud, is designing services based on outcomes. From re-designing the experience and the access of services, all the way through to designing services which help people find a new home. You can’t fail to be inspired through that process.”
