Currently, the market is dominated with slow AC charges, not in the best locations for drivers, and therefore this gives a great opportunity to install a rapid network, more convenient for drivers, and a better experience.

I think the challenges for home charging, workplace charging, and destination charging, is going to be existing grid capacity. Therefore, installing a purpose-built rapid network throughout the UK will give a great opportunity for drivers.

The models that will succeed in this market, are going to be the models that listen to the customer, and give the customer what they want. We are increasingly getting feedback, where they want reliability, speed of operation, and ease of use. As this technology evolves, the speed of charging will get quicker and quicker and it will become as natural as filling up your car with petrol and diesel today.
