The bankruptcy estate of Mustafa Daoud Abulhawa

CLOSED CASE

A bankruptcy order was made against Mustafa Daoud Abulhawa on 22 January 2018.  Zelf Hussain was appointed Trustee of the bankruptcy estate on 6 March 2018 by the Secretary of State. 

On 21 November 2023, the Trustee published his Notice of Final Report before release and Final Report which covered the period 6 March 2018 to 21 November 2023.  

Vacation of office on completion of bankruptcy

As the  prescribed period under rule 10. 87 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 expired, and none of the bankrupt's creditors objected to the Trustee's release, he has since been released from office and this case is now closed.
