We brought together a group of around 200 leading pension and restructuring lawyers from around the UK to discuss key issues in the sector. This was the 6th time we brought together a group of lawyers since 2007.
As at our previous events we surveyed the lawyers on a number of topics. The 2021 results show a significant shift in views given the new Pension Schemes Act 2021 and the focus on longer term issues like ESG. Please see the full survey.
