David Selden joins PwC to head up new Alternative Investment Funds legal offering

PwC has appointed David Selden as partner to lead its Alternative Investment Funds (AIF) team’s new legal business. 

David has joined PwC following 15 years, ten as partner, at US law firm Fried Frank. He brings experience of working on a variety of investment management and securities law matters across jurisdictions and asset classes, with emphasis on private investment vehicles, including hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate funds.  

At PwC, David will provide the experience and credentials to support the firm in creating a new integrated tax, legal and regulatory service offering to AIF managers, investors and service providers as part of PwC’s market leading tax team.
