In our latest European Private Business survey, the majority of UK respondents believe digitalisation is key to driving growth and the long term viability of their business. Yet not every business feels ready. Recognising digital transformation is more than a technical fix to an operational issue; a significant skills shortage and cost concerns continue to influence investment.
