PwC’s Family Business leader, Sian Steele, recently met Tricia Cusden, founder of Look Fabulous Forever.

Whilst retired, Tricia felt invisible to the traditional beauty industry and couldn’t find makeup which suited her older face. She decided to do something about it and after nine months of developing a new make-up range, she officially launched Look Fabulous Forever in October 2013.

Look Fabulous is the only beauty brand in the market directly targeting women over 50. It has grown an inspiring client base and won numerous awards, both in beauty and business in a short space of time, not to mention Tricia embracing digital and becoming an internet sensation attracting thousands of viewers to each of her Youtube video makeup tutorials.

In this interview, Tricia shares her story and highlights some of the successes she has achieved in such a short space of time, why being a family business is important and where next for Look Fabulous Forever.
