The Companies have ceased trading and all contracts have transitioned to alternative third party providers.
They will remain in occupation of your property whilst the Special Managers review the Companies’ affairs. If you have arrears in rent, the amounts due at the date of liquidation will be a claim against the Companies.
Rent accruing during the liquidation will be paid as an expense from company assets.
