The Companies are continuing to trade.

They will remain in occupation of your property whilst the Special Managers review the Companies’ affairs. If you have arrears in rent, the amounts due at the date of liquidation will be a claim against the Companies.  

Rent accruing during the liquidation will be paid as an expense from company assets. It is too early to speculate on the Companies’ requirements for each property.

A letter will be issued to all landlords shortly. However, in the meantime we would be grateful if you could provide a copy of the lease/license, any insurance policies held (if applicable) and any other matters you think we should be aware of. Please send this information to:
