H2O Networks Limited - in Creditors Voluntary Liquidation ("the Company")

Toby Underwood and David Kelly were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 18 April 2011 by the court (the application to court was made by the major creditor, Total Asset Limited - in administration).

The Company provided the installation and maintenance of customer specific fibre optic cable networks to customers across the UK.  A significant proportion of customers were schools, colleges and local authorities.

A sale of the business and assets (excluding intergroup debts and shares in two joint ventures) was completed shortly after appointment to CityFibre Networks Limited.  All employees were transferred.

Notice of move from administration to creditors’ voluntary liquidation was registered by the Registrar of Companies on 3 April 2012 and accordingly, the administration ended and the Company entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation on that date.
