PwC Corporate Finance advise Quint Group on the sale of a minority stake in Monevo Limited to TransUnion LLC.

The UK Corporate Finance team has advised Quint Group on the sale of a minority stake in Monevo Limited to TransUnion LLC, a leading global information and insights company.

The transaction will help Monevo to build on its market leading position in the UK and support accelerated growth in its US and other international markets, as well as providing TransUnion access to additional innovative, best-in-class financial technology across the credit marketplace. 

Monevo is a multi-award winning B2BC personal credit platform and API that operates in the UK, US, Poland and Australia. It is used by over 100 lenders and banks globally to distribute personal loans and credit cards. With market leading decisioning, technology and integration layers, Monevo empowers personal credit comparison and search capabilities for some of the world’s largest financial services brands. 

Established in 2009, Quint Group is a highly innovative global fintech group focused on improving access to credit. Over the last decade it has founded and built a number of synergistic fintech businesses across four countries which predominantly operate in the consumer credit market.
