On the strength of our expertise, we were instructed to act in the Prudential case on legal professional privilege, one of the most widely reported cases over the last few years. The case, which was led by Agnes Quashie from first instance through to the Supreme Court, was cited by a number of legal commentators as being one of the twenty most important cases in recent years.
