Kevin, Chairman and Senior Partner, joined the UK firm's Executive Board in 2008, first as Head of the Advisory business and from 2012, as Managing Partner. He was elected Chairman and Senior Partner with effect from 1 July 2016. He joined the firm in 1984 on the graduate training programme and qualified as a chartered accountant (ICAEW). Kevin specialised in providing turnaround and crisis management support to businesses in the public and private sectors for over 25 years.
Jon joined the firm as a partner in 2007 from Accenture. Prior to joining the Executive Board in 2016 he headed up our People and Organisation Network in the UK and globally. He has worked with clients across several industry sectors including high tech, FMCG, financial services, government and pharmaceuticals and has spent time working and living abroad in Kuala Lumpur and Zurich. Jon graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Psychology degree.
Kevin is on the Executive Board with responsibility for Clients and Markets. Previous roles in the firm have been the Global Banking Leader and UK Financial Services Leader. He has also held senior executive roles at IBM, Credit Suisse and RBS. During his PwC career he has primarily focused on leading projects for banks across a broad agenda, from strategy to process efficiency, front office to HR, globally and locally. His clients have included JP Morgan, RBS, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, HSBC and HM Government. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Margaret is the UK firm's Chief Risk Officer, General Counsel and member of the Executive Board. Prior to joining PwC, Margaret was Managing Director of Enforcement and Financial Crime at the Financial Services Authority (FSA). Margaret spent over 20 years in private practice as a Solicitor specialising in commercial litigation with an emphasis on financial services. She has served as a Non-Executive Director of the National Skills Academy for Financial Services, and is a Trustee of the Institute for Fiscal Studies. The College of Law awarded Margaret an honorary Doctorate of Law in recognition of her services to the legal profession.
Laura graduated from King's College, London with a Business Management degree. She trained in audit prior to moving into HR Consulting where she set up and led a mid-tier practice. She joined PwC in 2005 and made partner in 2006. Before joining the Executive Board, Laura was a member of the Tax Leadership Team as Head of People. She continues to work with global clients to support them with culture change, performance management and talent related challenges.
Before joining the Executive Board in 2013 Warwick completed a four year term as PwC Middle East Senior Partner. Prior to that he was a partner in PwC New Zealand, where he led the Firm as Territory Senior Partner and Chief Executive Officer. He has worked in roles within a number of other PwC member Firms and has led the provision of PwC services to a range of leading clients. Warwick holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg in addition to holding FCA (Australia and New Zealand), ACA (ICAEW) and CA (SA) designations.
Stephanie sat on the Executive Board, where as Head of Regions she oversaw the firm's regional network of 25 offices outside London and part of the London practice that looks after clients ranging from FTSE 250 to Private Businesses. Starting with the firm in 1995, Stephanie became a partner in 2006 and joined the Executive Board in 2011. She has worked in a diverse range of industries from energy and defence to pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.
In August 2017, Stephanie left the UK Executive board to become Global Clients and Industries leader on the PwC Global leadership team.
