So ride the nation is the most amazing event that we do, and it absolutely epitomises our values. The ways that these teams have worked together and the care that they’ve shown for each other on the route and going from place to place has just been amazing to watch.
And it’s really about us linking all our people together over 30 offices in the UK.
And it’s about taking the event as well to people, so we take the event around the country. So everybody has got that same opportunity to get involved, it means that we really do get out in the communities our people.
I think that the amount of money that we’ve managed to raise through the 2 events we’re heading towards a quarter of a million now, it's just phenomenal and it’s testament to our staff and the things that they will do.
Doesn’t matter what grade, title or other role you’ve got across the business, everybody gets around it in a sense of team work, looking after one another on the road. And most importantly we’re doing it for reasons which are about the charities we’re trying to support as a firm.
It’s been brilliant.
