Our Virtual Insight Programme is a three-day online experience that builds your skills, explores your career interests and immerses you into the exciting world of PwC.

The programme is designed for students who are at still at school or college. So whether you’re thinking about doing an apprenticeship, planning for university or ready to step into working life, it’s the perfect way to start thinking about plans for the future. It’s also a great introduction to one of the world’s leading professional services firms.

On the programme, you’ll get a full understanding of the different types of work we do and the emerging technologies we work with across our global business. You’ll hear from our people who joined through a range of our student pathways and programmes. You’ll gain insight from our recruiters about what PwC looks for in its people, and how to make a good impression when applying for a job, or a place at university. And you’ll have the opportunity to ask us questions about careers, qualifications and the business world in general.

Through a series of interactive sessions, you’ll experience our different teams and find out what it means to be an expert in those areas.

You will also have the chance to take part in skills workshops, which will build your personal and professional skills, preparing you for your next steps.

The Virtual Insight programme is open to all students across the United Kingdom at the following stages of their school or college studies:

  • Year 11 in England and Wales, Year 12 in Northern Ireland or S4 in Scotland

  • Predicted to get at least 5 GCSE’s (including English and Maths) at Grade 4 or above (or 5 N5 qualifications at Grade C or above, including English and Maths)

OR
