Graduates can apply to one of our graduate programmes, in one of five job categories: 
 
In Audit, Accounting, Tax and Finance, you could qualify as an Actuary, Accountant, Tax or Finance professional.

In Advisory and Consulting, you could help organisations to transform as a consultant or deals advisor.

In Legal Services, you could build a broad perspective on the business world and develop your legal knowledge.

In Strategy, you could advise and collaborate with clients to set their long-term vision and direction. 

In Technology and AI, you could design, develop and implement the latest tech. 

We welcome applications from students of all degree disciplines. Some programmes require specific academic backgrounds, but many focus on your skills, strengths and interests rather than your subject.

You don’t need prior work experience to apply for a PwC graduate role. The recruitment process is designed to assess your potential, strengths and motivation, rather than what you’ve done before.

Most of our graduate programmes require applicants to have achieved a pass in their degree. Some roles may have additional academic requirements, so please check the individual job description carefully before applying.

You can only apply to one graduate programme per recruitment year. We encourage you to explore all options carefully and apply to the programme that best matches your interests and strengths.

Yes. Some graduate programmes include funded professional qualifications alongside on‑the‑job learning, helping you build technical expertise while gaining practical experience.

As a graduate, you will have a structured learning pathway, professional qualification support (where applicable), and access Talent Coaches and buddies and communities to help you develop and progress throughout your career at PwC.
