Our Business Restructuring Services (BRS) practice is one of the UK’s largest. We specialise in situations where time and cash are tight; we help corporates and their stakeholders reduce risk and protect value through dealing with financial and operational challenges. Here you’ll advise under-performing companies on restructuring, refinancing, accelerated mergers and acquisitions and insolvency – finding the best way forward for our clients and their stakeholders.
From small, family-run organisations to major multinationals, our BRS teams help underperforming businesses, and their stakeholders, understand and solve problems. That might mean coming up with strategies to turn the company around, restructure its debt and operations, or guiding it through an insolvency process.
Our Corporate Finance team offers innovative, global deal and financing solutions which enable our clients to identify, create and capture value.
Buying or selling businesses, raising capital and driving funding efficiencies are everyday challenges for our clients. Our team offers a full range of financial advisory services, across all industry sectors, from acquisitions and disposals for corporate and private equity clients, to advice on infrastructure, energy and public sector projects.

In Forensic Services we help our clients to prepare for, respond to and emerge stronger from a wide range of business risks and issues, and help protect their reputation.
Using forensic technology, we get major projects back on track, uncover financial crime, manage crisis situations and resolve disputes across all industry sectors.

In Transaction Services we combine our financial, commercial and operational expertise with data-driven insights to help our clients create value across all stages of the deal lifecycle.
We advise clients who are buying or selling their entire business, or a part of it, as well as those refinancing. Business analysis is at the heart of what we do both from a financial and commercial due diligence perspective. Strategically assessing opportunities and risks to ensure our clients make the most informed decisions. We also work with our clients to support and calculate their valuation of a business.
We regularly advise on some of the largest and most complex cross-border deals, supporting private equity firms, investment funds and corporate clients through mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Advising throughout the lifecycle of the deal, we work on both the buy and sell side of the work, where our people develop specialist sector understanding and build key skills in financial due diligence, financial analytics and valuation techniques as well as commercial and strategy due diligence.
