At PwC, we know that when people from diverse backgrounds, with different points of view, work together, good things happen - for our clients, our people and our society.
We're committed to improving our gender balance and showcasing female leaders. Female talent is currently underrepresented in our industry with only 25% of equity partners at PwC being female. Although 42% of 2023 equity partner promotions and 45% of PwC’s 2024 graduate intake were female, there’s still work to be done.
Through our Women in Business programme, we offer undergraduates an engaging and inspiring three-day taster of life at PwC. It’s a great experience, a chance to meet our people and get an introduction to how the business world works. What’s more, successful completion of the programme will lead to an offer to join us on a graduate programme starting in September 2027.
Open to all, this programme is aimed at inspiring and supporting women interested in professional services. Come and meet the inspiring women who are leading PwC into the future.
The programme is designed to give you a snapshot of what a career at PwC could look like. You’ll be mentored by people from our teams who can tell you all about the opportunities available across PwC. You’ll hear first-hand from our colleagues about their own personal career journeys. And you’ll meet some of our networks focused on Inclusion and Diversity.
At PwC, we nurture an environment where our people can be the best they can be. So, across the three days, you’ll be involved in a range of interactive sessions that will help you gain experience in a business setting and encourage you to bring your whole self to the workplace.
We hope this programme is just the first step on your journey with PwC. If you're successful on the programme and you think that this might be the right place for you, then you could receive an offer to join us on a graduate programme starting in September 2027.
Any employment offer made by PwC is contingent on you obtaining and maintaining the right to work and reside legally in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme.
To join for one of our diversity programmes, you’ll need to be:

The next stage of our assessment process is an on-demand video interview. The questions will focus on how you typically approach your work, for example at school, university or any prior work experience you may have.
This stage of our recruitment process is a virtual immersive assessment centre.
During the programme, you'll be assessed through your performance and feedback received. If you demonstrate the skills we're looking for you could be offered a graduate job in the same business area you completed your programme in.
