you're looking for an insight into PwC

Start date

Spring 2026

Across the UK

At PwC, we know that when people from diverse backgrounds, with different points of view, work together, good things happen - for our clients, our people and our society.

That’s why we’re working hard to increase access and opportunity for people from groups that are currently under-represented within PwC.

Through our Diversity in Business programmes, we offer undergraduates an engaging and inspiring three-day taster of life at PwC. It’s a great experience, a chance to meet our people and get an introduction to how the business world works.

The programmes are designed to empower you with confidence, develop your skills, and provide an insight into the opportunities available at PwC in the future.

Our Diversity in Business programmes are aimed at three under-represented groups:

Aimed at students from lower socio-economic backgrounds.

Designed to foster Black heritage undergraduate talent.

Aimed at encouraging talented women and addressing under representation.

Our Diversity in Business programmes are three-day paid placements based in-person at one of our PwC offices around the UK.

The programmes are designed to give you a snapshot of what a career at PwC could look like. You’ll be mentored by people from our teams who can tell you all about the opportunities available across PwC. You’ll hear first-hand from our colleagues about their own personal career journeys. And you’ll meet some of some of our networks focused on Inclusion and Diversity.

At PwC, we nurture an environment where our people can be the best they can be. So, across the three days, you’ll be involved in a range of interactive sessions that will help you develop confidence in a business setting and encourage you to bring your whole self to the workplace.

To join for one of our diversity programmes, you’ll need to be:

  • An undergraduate student in any discipline or subject.
  • On track to pass your degree. We judge this based on your marks over the last academic year.
  • In the first year of a three-year degree or the second year of four-year degree.
  • Eligible for the specific criteria of an individual programme, for one of our under-represented communities.

If you’re not currently studying towards a degree, then please take a look at our other entry-level and insight programmes. We run a number of programmes aimed at school and college leavers, as well as people considering a career change.

We hope these programmes are just the first step on your journey with PwC. If you are successful on the programme and you think that this might be the right place for you, then you could receive an offer to join us again, for a four to eight week Summer Internship, in 2027.
