To take the video interview, you’ll need a supported device with a functional webcam and microphone, and an internet connection. Many computers have a built-in webcam and microphone; you can also use an external webcam and microphone.

Before you start the interview, a connection test will be performed. If the connection test fails, please try restarting your router by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it in again. If the issue persists, try using a different internet browser. Lastly, please try using a different internet connection.

How long will it take to receive my outcome?
Your outcome and feedback will usually be provided to you within 7 working days. This may be longer for certain roles (for example deadline driven roles, see below).

Is there a deadline to complete the tests?
For some roles, yes. Where there are deadlines applicable these were shown on the job description when you applied. These deadlines can also be found here. For all other roles, we’d encourage you to complete the test as soon as possible as we fill positions on a rolling basis.
