There are certain points in the year where we receive high volumes of queries, we will respond as soon as we can so you don't need to send a follow up unless there are any changes to your initial query.

Candidate professional conduct

We take candidate professional conduct very seriously.  This means we undertake periodic reviews of candidate applications to identify activity we believe undermines the integrity of our recruitment process.  This includes, but is not limited to, comparing candidate video interview responses, assessing if transcripts are identical and proactively looking for duplicate accounts across our systems. Where we find evidence of undermining our recruitment processes, you will/may be disqualify(ied) from our recruitment process.
