Mark Hudson
UK Leader - Retail and Consumer

Mark is the leader of the PwC UK Retail and Consumer team. As a partner in Transaction Services, Mark and his team are one of the largest providers of due diligence services to the sector. The team has worked for buyers or vendors on most of the larger Private Equity or corporate transactions in the retail sector in the last few years, providing a combination of strategic, financial and operational advice on over 100 deals.

David Walters
Partner, Sustainability and climate change

David Walters leads our CRC team.  David is a partner in our Sustainability and Climate Change network who has worked closely with a number of retail and consumer companies over the years on both sustainability and tax issues.  David began his career as an auditor before switching to corporate tax and now spends much of his time advising on environmental tax and regulatory issues.

Sue Rissbrook
Global Head of Retail and Consumer Transfer Pricing

Sue has been a full-time transfer pricing and value chain transformation specialist for ten years.  Her broad experience includes work with all sizes of business including top 100 Multi-national Companies.  Sue has dealt with many complex transfer pricing and business change projects, both in established and emerging markets including supporting a retailer enter into the Czech Republic.

Sue’s experience includes designing, developing and defending transfer pricing strategies to supporting companies through all elements of tax advantaged business change.  She has worked within the Consumer Goods, Retail, Industrial Products and Transportation sectors.

Sue is both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor with an upper class degree in economics.

Puneeta has seven years’ strategy consulting experience focused on analysing consumer behaviour and value maximisation.
