Adam Cox

Adam is a specialist in the Capital Markets team which delivers Reporting Accountant and company side advisory services for the execution of IPOs and listed company M&A deals across a range of clients, industries and territories. This involves leading client and adviser facing teams to deliver various forms of diligence required for compliance with Financial Conduct Authority regulation and UK Listing Rules requirements as well as the audit or review of historical financial information.

He joined the team in 2014, having spent his first 6 years at PwC auditing private equity clients and retail investment funds.

Within the team, Adam specialises in the Financial Services industry having taken the lead on IPO and M&A transactions involving asset management and banking clients. He also drives the IPO readiness proposition within the team, helping clients to consider early stage assessments to build a roadmap to a successful listing.
