Ainsley is a Chartered Surveyor and Corporate Financier with extensive experience in real estate consulting for both private and public sector clients. He leads the PwC Real Estate Advisory practice specialises in providing strategic, financial and commercial advice on real estate at the highest levels in both public and private sector occupiers/ organisations, private equity and with investors/ developers and land owners.
He oversees complex real estate strategy and transformation projects from inception, to business case and finally overseeing the strategic and transactional implementation. His experience includes:
