Alastair is a Partner in PwC’s Workforce Transformation practice, with over 20 years’ experience advising organisations on workforce strategy, performance and productivity, job architecture and skills. His work has a particular focus on how technology, AI and wider disruption are reshaping the skills, roles and composition of the workforce.

He typically works with large, complex organisations facing significant change, helping them rethink how work gets done and develop practical, imaginative solutions that improve performance while engaging their people and building the capabilities needed for the future.
