Alison has spent over 20 years in market research, most of which has been spent at PwC. Having also spent time as a director based in PwC's New York headquarters, her international experience covers both consumer and business research. In recent years, Alison has specialised in working with clients in the energy and utilities sector. This includes leading the design and implementation of consumer research studies as well as providing research advice on customer and stakeholder engagement strategies. Alison continues to work extensively with clients to design and interpret customer experience research using the results to inform strategy and drive performance improvement across the business.
