• Realising efficiency and value in the use of digital technologies for construction and asset management and integrating this into wider business processes.
• Applying value-led approaches to optimise complex portfolios of CAPEX and OPEX projects.
  
• Leading the design and implementation of new processes and systems to improve control and performance management of major capital programmes.
• Recent significant experience in the delivery of building safety remediation and retrofit programmes, as well as related proactive risk management.

Andrew is a Chartered Engineer (CEng) accredited as both a Structural (MIStructE) and Civil (MICE) Engineer with UK and international experience of taking complex building projects from concept through construction to operation.
