Capital Project Services: Digital Built Environment, PwC United Kingdom
Andrew is a Senior Manager in PwC’s London based Capital Project Services practice and leads the team’s focus on Building Information Modelling (BIM) and its integration with wider business processes. Andrew has advised both UK and global clients on BIM, including the quantification of the benefits of BIM, review and development of a business case for investment in BIM and advising clients on the procurement and implementation of BIM. Andrew has also led the development of an application for the integration of BIM and conventional project controls data to resolve different construction logistical challenges.
Andrew has extensive experience of advising clients on programme management and project controls. This has included the alignment and integration of cost, schedule, risk and change control and also the implementation of new systems including cost management systems and interactive reporting and advanced analytics tools. Prior to joining PwC, Andrew worked as a Multi-disciplinary Engineering Lead for an international engineering and design consultancy. During this time he gained international experience of leading the design of complex structures from concept to construction using digital workflows.
