Antony Cook leads PwC UK’s Power & Utilities sector and serves as Global Client Partner for National Grid plc, a pivotal force driving the energy system’s transformation. He is passionate about building high-performing, diverse teams that tackle complex challenges with energy and enthusiasm, consistently delivering outstanding results. Under Antony’s leadership, a capital programme and operational effectiveness transformation achieved £1bn in client savings for one UK utility, and he oversaw the implementation of one of the UK’s largest S/4 HANA solutions—recognised with a Management Consulting Association Award for Best Change and Transformation Programme in the private sector. Beyond his professional achievements, Antony is deeply committed to education and social mobility, having previously served as a global board member of a leading community inclusion and education charity and as a long-standing School Governor.
