Beth is a Director in our Real Estate Advisory team with over 17 years experience advising public and private occupiers, helping them realise value through real estate strategy, workplace transformation and cost reduction programmes.

Beth leads on Real Estate Strategy and Workplace propositions within PwC’s Real Estate Advisory practice and is focused on the design and implementation of transformation programmes which include workplace strategy, property organisation design, outsourcing and portfolio optimisation.

A recognised subject matter expert in the field of asset management, real estate strategy and workplace transformation Beth regularly advises at board level and has worked for organisations at the forefront of policy development and the provision of strategic insights on asset management issues since 2003.

Beth’s occupier strategy and organisation design advice also spans private sector occupiers with significant global portfolio's in the retail, financial services, hospitality and leisure, pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors.
