Carl joined the firm in 1999, making Partner in 2009 and going on to join the Management Board as Head of UK Regions on 1 July 2020.
From 1 January 2022 Carl also took responsibility for driving our market approach to addressing the most significant challenges and opportunities that our clients face, with a particular focus on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG).
Carl helps our clients to create sustainable value right across their business, working with them to meet relevant ESG goals.

Carl continues to focus in the Financial Services sector working with a number of banking clients across the UK. He previously led the growth in our Midlands Financial Services practice and was also responsible for the National Banking & Capital Markets Audit practice.
