As Managing Partner, Carol is responsible for executing our UK strategy, overseeing our clients and markets activities, and managing business planning and performance. She is also responsible for our transformation strategy and managing investments to ensure we remain relevant to our clients.

Carol has more than 16 years of experience in UK and global leadership roles. Prior to taking on her current role, she held the roles of Global Workforce Leader, Global Tax & Legal Services Leader, Global Markets Leader and more recently Global Chief Commercial Officer.​

Carol is passionate about client experience and working with others to deliver quality services and build trusted client relationships. 

Carol champions inclusion and diversity, is the Executive Sponsor for PwC’s “New world. New skills” global initiative, and led PwC’s thinking around the Workforce of the Future. Her recent work includes advising clients on global transformation, talent and culture change programmes, and opportunities arising from market disruptors and innovations.

Outside of work, Carol enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time with her husband and three children.
