Charles Porter

Charles Porter is a senior manager in PwC’s Liability Restructuring team. He has provided clients with advice concerning corporate restructure and exit solutions in the banking and insurance sector for over 20 years.

He has managed insolvent London Market insurance, broking portfolios and legacy run-off operations. He provides ‘hands-on’ advice and support to London market insurers with balance sheet restructuring, entity and portfolio level transactions. Managing key operational workstreams from a regulatory and finance perspective (having been on external secondments to the FCA, Lloyds of London and the Department of Culture Media and Sport).
