Chen is a Director in PwC’s Sustainability and Climate Change team. She is focused on ESG, Sustainable Value Creation and Net Zero offerings to financial services clients.

Summary of experience:

• ESG buyside due diligence for a top tier European PE’s acquisition of an AsiaPac PE (including €18bn AUM) in Mar 2022.
• Buyside and Vendor ESG due diligence across a wide range of industries for Private Equity and Corporate clients.
• ESG review and strategy for a number of Financial Services clients.
• TCFD and Climate risk assessment for a top tier Private Equity.
• Prior to joining Sustainability and Climate Change, Chen had 4 years of Financial Services audit experience and 12 years of deals experience providing due diligence, valuations and other advisory services on both buyside, sellside and re-financing projects. She’s been involved in a wide range of transactions including premium listing IPO, dual track, distressed/pre-pack sales and VC deals.
