Chris Ersser

Chris is a Partner in our Deal Advisory team, supporting companies with the preparation, execution and implementation of IPO and listed company M&A transactions. He works across industries with a particular focus on TMT companies.

Chris has over 10 years’ experience working with companies on Capital Markets transactions, navigating the complexities of UK Capital Markets regulation and cross-border deals. Having previously acted in the independent Reporting Accountant role, he now spends his time leading company-side support, acting as the point person for the accounting and financial reporting workstreams on listed company transactions.
