Chris has experience of advising a range of clients in different industry sectors on various aspects of employment law. He has particular expertise project managing and advising clients on international employment law issues. These range from the employment law aspects of ‘start ups’ in a particular country or countries, through day-to-day compliance requirements and issues, to the implementation of global HR documentation, including contracts, policies and procedures.
Chris has advised a large client in the automotive sector on structuring and documenting international assignments, working alongside international tax and immigration specialists.
