Ciara has been a senior manager (lawyer) in PwC’s Legal Business Solutions team since the start of 2023. As part of her role, Ciara provides clients with subject matter advice across financial services (derivatives and clearing) and general commercial law as well as quality and risk management advice. She helps clients leverage a range of technological solutions including contract lifecycle management (CLM) and genAi tools.
Prior to joining PwC, Ciara worked in-house at global investment banks between London, Dublin, Belfast and Abu Dhabi, a legal tech company and at another Big4 professional services firm providing contracting and risk management advice to the UK and Irish consulting business.
Admitted to the New York bar as an attorney-at-law, Ciara graduated from Queen’s University Belfast where she read law. She is also a qualified (non-practising) independent financial adviser where she was FCA-authorised to advise on mortgage and insurance products.
