Claire focuses on supporting clients with transformation and turnaround performance improvement initiatives which can be operational, strategic and financial in nature. She also remains a PwC partner in Value Creation & Realisation.

With over 20 years experience Claire has worked across a variety of sectors; including retail, FMCG, public sector, construction and infrastructure, where there is a common link of transformation/improvement or value in the optimisation of transport and logistics, whether rail, road, maritime or aviation. A graduate of the MBA programme at Leeds University, Claire’s expertise has been mobilised by some of the biggest brands across the UK. She is also an accredited member of the IFT (Institute for Turnaround) and holds a diploma in management consultancy.

Previously Claire spent a decade working for a large UK grocer, and as an advisor for almost a decade. Claire has led large-scale transformation across the supply chain including major cost reduction programmes and supply chain transformation. She has also led on network redesigns, transport optimisation, integrations, operational improvement and IR strategy delivery, procurement and outsourcing and operational resilience. Claire is passionate about bringing the experience and thought leadership of PwC to Transport and Logistics clients. This includes latest thinking on automation, deals market, ESG, performance improvements, macroeconomic and global trends and predictions.
